Aerial Yoga for Kids

This is an Aerial Yoga Class for kids ages 9-15 to discover the world of aerial yoga. They will learn how to safely use an aerial hammock for fun poses. The kids will also explore ways to build strength to climb, build flexibility and perseverance, get creative and express themselves through movement.

The class is maxed out at 10 participants. Pre-registration is required.
