$18.00Float & fly in this basic aerial yoga class where you learn foundational postures to safely navigate your body by stretching, lengthening and strengthening deep into the fascia and muscles.
Aerial Yoga is a total body workout with amazing psychological benefits in addition to improving flexibility while easy on the joints and decompressing the spine, strengthening the core and upper body muscles and giving you a renewed perspective on your overall wellness approach.
Pre-registration is required and in most cases a beginner or foundations class is a pre-requisite for joining a regular Aerial Yoga class on the schedule.
