$13.00This series is open to existing beginner yoga participants and new ones! The theme for the month is creating consistency by diving back into the basics of yoga – poses, breath work, meditation.
Knowing the basics can change yoga from being mysterious and overwhelming to familiar and welcoming. This series is perfect for the ones wanting to understand the practice into more depth and those just starting one.

The Beginner Yoga for Tight Bodies will run as a monthly series and only open for drop in if space allows it. These classes are taught by Audrey – a RYT 500+ certified yoga and meditation instructor and has studied and taught yoga for over two decades all over the world.
