Beginner Yoga for Tight Bodies (September 4 Class Session)

This September session will focus on prop use – blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, even the wall. No need to bring any to class, all props will be provided. Participants will explore ways to use yoga props to make poses more accessible, in some cases more relaxing or even go deeper into stretches.
Knowing the basics can change yoga from being mysterious and overwhelming to familiar and welcoming. This series is perfect for the ones wanting to understand the practice into more depth and those just starting one.

The Beginner Yoga for Tight Bodies will run as a monthly series and only open for drop in if space allows it. These classes are taught by Audrey – a RYT 500+ certified yoga and meditation instructor and has studied and taught yoga for over two decades all over the world.
