Bathed in soft candlelight, we’ll move through a gentle vinyasa flow infused with aromatherapy, featuring warm and comforting holiday-inspired essential oils that invite relaxation and inner peace. Think cinnamon, pine, clove, and sweet orange — scents that awaken the senses and soothe the soul.
Following our flow, enjoy a calming savasana as the scents linger, melting away tension and setting the tone for a restful night and a centered start to the winter months.
