$15.00The yin practice is slower paced class in which we hold postures longer. These postures are usually restorative, more passive and could be supported. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. This class combines deep stretching of the body and gentle relaxing of the mind. Taught by candlelight, the pacing is slow and relaxing. Relax your body, relax your mind.
