Embrace the Wobble: A Balanced-Focused Workshop

$18.00Why is balance important? Besides the obvious answer that it prevents falling, balance is the key to all aspects of life. Interestingly, practicing balance poses can improve other areas of our lives that require balance; the mind, body, relationships, and career, just to name a few. Doing balance poses helps to integrate all the pieces to create a solid foundation. Most importantly, balance poses help us gain clarity of mind and focus on the task at hand.
Join Audrey Paar at Elevated Yoga on June 15 at 10:30 am for a 1.5-hour workshop focusing on improving standing balancing poses. The balance practice will begin with a short warm-up, followed by a focus on core engagement, drishti (gazing point), and progressions for Tree, Warrior 3, Half Moon, and Standing Splits. This workshop aims to improve your confidence with standing balances.
Registration is required and space is limited to 16 with a minimum of 4 for the workshop to run.
