Celebrate the Spring Equinox with an ancient Yoga tradition!

This practice will challenge your mind to stay focused on the mat as your body continuously flows. It’s a way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity. The series will leave you feeling confident and strong.

108 is a sacred number in many religions and science. The average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameters; There’s 108 beads in a japamala (prayer beads); In numerology, 108 equals 9, which symbolizes universal love, eternity and awakening. In Ayurveda, there are 108 sacred points on the body. In astronomy, the distance between the Sun and Earth is roughly 108 times the Sun’s diameter.

Everyone is welcome to join in. Only practice as many rounds as you are comfortable with. Feel free to take breaks on your own whenever you need to and rejoin the session at any time.
