Chair Yoga with Guest Teacher Audrey

$13.00Chair yoga is ideal for those who struggle to move up and down from the floor (due to knee, hip,
ankle, injuries, arthritis, etc.), for anyone experiencing difficulty standing, severe aches and pains,
balance issues, as well as those who would like to experience yoga from a different perspective.
The benefits of a consistent chair yoga practice are the same as other forms of yoga:
Increased strength flexibility, mobility, circulation, and concentration. Improved posture, breathing,
balance, bone density, and mood. Lower blood pressure, and stress, with a calmer mind, and deeper
body and mind awareness.
Specific benefits of chair yoga are that it makes poses more accessible and inclusive to all body types
and can be done almost anywhere!
Come join guest teacher Audrey, for a Fun Chair Yoga Flow on October 18 at Elevated Yoga. Whether you are a
complete beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner, this class is truly for all levels. You will leave
class with stretches and breathing techniques for daily use for continued improvement in your mental
and physical health.
